The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Drammen today.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Faiblesse could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.
The leader couldn't hold the lead and
Mahaut sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 10 m. A bird flew just in front of

Queen who started to galop and lost 50 m.
Postcard From Montreal looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that
Smag Og Lyst couldn't come out from behind the leader,
Mahaut.
Aistihavainto suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.
Postcard From Montreal looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 30 m.
Postcard From Montreal were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused
Se Etter Meg galop.
Se Etter Meg lost 20 m. Pål Sem tried a little too much on the homestretch and
Pallas Athena started to galopp and lost 40 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused
