The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Bergen this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Golden Nebraska was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Ove Wassberg wanted a little to much in the start and Mimoun galoped for 20 m.




Advanced Folder saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Joker Opal galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Advanced Folder today. It continued in the lead.



Helpful Sword suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Helpful Sword galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Slow Valley won the race after a spectacular finish.
