The sun was shining on Skellefteå today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Dupire took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Clever Mountain started to galop and lost 30 m.




Pompeji saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Clever Mountain looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Snowy Bullet couldn't come out from behind the leader, Pompeji.




Pompeji was still in the lead after 1500m.




Pompeji didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Dupire was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Dupire was first on the homestretch followed by Pompeji and Clever Mountain.

Loving Devil galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




Dupire kept the speed the whole finish and won before Pompeji and Clever Mountain.
