One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Walking Night took the lead after a very quick start.

Walking Night was in fine shape and held the lead.

Walking Night looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Skye Girl couldn't come out from behind the leader, Falling Mustache.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Walking Night today. It continued in the lead.

Falling Mustache were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Winner of todays race was Such A Hero. Walking Night came in second. Falling Mustache became third.
