One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Sans Opinion took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Re Dei Jet started to galop and lost 40 m.
The leader couldn't hold the lead and
Oogdruppels sprinted to the front.
Skipping Wave sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.
Skipping Wave was still in the lead after 1500m.
Falling Pressure started to gallop after 1500m and Geir Vegard Gundersen had to struggle to get it back in trotting.
With only a little left of the race
Magic Collector galoped for 30 m.
Skipping Wave kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
Sans Opinion sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
