Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Årjäng track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sly Lion could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Brown Bandwagon was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




Ulla-stina quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Ulla-stina clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Ulla-stina today. It continued in the lead.



Sly Lion was first on the homestretch followed by Brown Bandwagon and Falling Pressure.






Falling Pressure won the race after a spectacular finish.
