The sun was shining on Kokemäki today. A perfect day for trotting. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. King Diamond tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Lewhaan Khiino Ameste that came steaming ahead. The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Lewhaan Khiino Ameste started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. The leader got disturbed by something and King Diamond took the lead rather easily. Duntle saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. King Diamond was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Duntle were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line. Duntle didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race. Results
