One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stopping Tiger tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Matteus that came steaming ahead.




Matteus was in fine shape and held the lead.




Stopping Tiger looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Confident Band couldn't come out from behind the leader, Matteus.




Stopping Tiger saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Dead Work galloped way to long and was disqualified. Matteus litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Matteus. Stopping Tiger came in second. Confident Band became third.
