One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Stopping Lilac tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to La Soeur that came steaming ahead.
The leader couldn't hold the lead and Franco Nero sprinted to the front.
Min In Zicht sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Stopping Lilac was disturbed and galoped 50 m.
La Soeur looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.
John Bobbit Opal was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. La Soeur were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
