Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Mantorp track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ferocious Fist took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Blushing Dancer sprinted to the front.




Ferocious Fist looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Windy Nutcracker couldn't come out from behind the leader, Blushing Dancer.




Blushing Dancer was still in the lead after 1500m.




Blushing Dancer was still in the lead after 2000m.



Blushing Dancer were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Blushing Dancer was disturbed and galopped for 10 m.




Ferocious Fist won the race after a spectacular finish.
