One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Fire Into Speed could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Kiss me Socialist was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.

Gusev was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Étendue Pour Amour showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Gusev followed by Mighty Cyclone and Kiss me Socialist. Lane two Fire Into Speed followed by Light Power and Quick Muscle. Unknown galloped for 40 m.

Fire Into Speed kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.

Fire Into Speed sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Emerald galop. Emerald lost 50 m. Emerald galoped way to long and was disqualified. Unknown tried a little too much on the homestretch and Emerald started to galopp and lost 50 m.

Gusev didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
