One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Jumping Beard could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 20 m. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 30 m.




Nonchalant was in fine shape and held the lead. Think Big started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Climbing Steel was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Jumping Beard followed by Think Big and Platinum Devil. Lane two Viking Aaas followed by Sir John and Climbing Steel. Unknown galloped for 20 m.



Unknown was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Jumping Beard kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Mighty Coal galopped for 30 m on the homestretch. Mighty Coal was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.




No-one could catch Viking Aaas today who won before Jumping Beard and Think Big.
