One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Geostorm could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Front Band started to galop and lost 30 m.




Agliotti was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Agliotti galop. Agliotti lost 10 m.




Front Band didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
