The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Romme this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Friend Anne could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Krylbo Forever, Piska Litetill, Volo Principe, My Love, Indochine, Violet Prosper Cherry, Lone Scout, Friend Anne.




The leader got disturbed by something and Volo Principe took the lead rather easily. Lone Scout galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




Violet Prosper Cherry looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



My Love suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Lone Scout galop. Lone Scout lost 20 m.




Violet Prosper Cherry sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
