One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Old Valley sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. The leader couldn't hold the lead and Steel Gentleman sprinted to the front. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Old Valley suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m. Turtle Shell galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m. Nothing seemed to be able to stop Steel Gentleman today. It continued in the lead. Steel Gentleman looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch. Turtle Shell sprinted over the finishline before Dancing Fall and Steel Gentleman. Results
