The sun was shining on Kalmar and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Amazing Lipstick could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Pointing Madame, Prince Lightning, Qiesta Hamilton, Leonardo Opal, Motor Voter Law, Power Action, Misfit, Moberg Hof.




Leonardo Opal sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Leonardo Opal was still in the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Misfit galoped for 50 m. Prince Lightning was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Leonardo Opal looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Misfit galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.




Moberg Hof sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
