The sun was shining on Åby today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Painkiller could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Bear Beer sprinted to the front.




Bear Beer was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Bear Beer was still in the lead after 1500m.



Decisive Force suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Painkiller sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
