One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Tough Power tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Beaufort that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Inkas Gimli started to galop and lost 50 m.

Tender Work quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Tough Power sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Beaufort suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Tough Power today. It continued in the lead.

With only a little left of the race Tough Power galoped for 50 m. driver couldn't keep Inkas Gimli to trotting so they were disqualified. Beaufort was first on the homestretch followed by Cheerful Behemoth and Tough Power.

Tough Power sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
