One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Perfect Daffodil could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Perfect Daffodil today. It continued in the lead.



Perfect Daffodil kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Blushing Electra never caught up with Perfect Daffodil who won. Backstabbing Beauty came third.
