One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Modestine could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Modestine today. It continued in the lead.




Modestine sat safely in the lead after 2000m. driver couldn't keep Rolling Hollywood to trotting so they were disqualified.



Modestine kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Modestine kept the speed the whole finish and won before Perfect Pony and Like A Horse.
