One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pinstripe´s Gilda could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Beaufort saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Star Gate Lilly who started to galop and lost 30 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Beaufort followed by Speeding Cube and Star Gate Lilly. Lane two Pinstripe´s Gilda followed by Stepping Brightness and . Speeding Cube started to gallop after 1500m and Pekka Korpi had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Pinstripe´s Gilda was first on the homestretch followed by Beaufort and Speeding Cube.






Pinstripe´s Gilda kept the speed the whole finish and won before Beaufort and Speeding Cube.
