The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Romme today.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Glowing Thinker tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Lying Flower that came steaming ahead.

This is the positions after 500m. Glamorous Sunset, Modestine, Porteur De Joie, Loretta, Impassible Heart, Glowing Thinker, Stopping Trap, Lying Flower.

Glowing Thinker looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Stopping Trap couldn't come out from behind the leader, Glamorous Sunset.

Glamorous Sunset was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Modestine gallopped for 50 m.

Glowing Thinker suddenly took over the lead.

Glamorous Sunset speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Travelling Star galop. Travelling Star lost 40 m.

Stopping Trap won the race after a spectacular finish.
