The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Åmål today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Criminal Runar Tvålfager could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Dogon sprinted to the front.




Jennifer Opal sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Jennifer Opal followed by Rainbow Diva and Criminal Runar Tvålfager. Lane two Los Angeles Dodgers Law followed by Blue Body and Dogon.




Jennifer Opal didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Criminal Runar Tvålfager galoped for 50 m. Rainbow Diva was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Jennifer Opal looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Blue Body sprinted over the finishline before Los Angeles Dodgers Law and Jennifer Opal.
