It had been raining for several days at Dannero but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Galileo tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Piggelin that came steaming ahead.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Running Cookie sprinted to the front.

Isabelle Attaque sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Isabelle Attaque was still in the lead after 1500m.

Chico Chaco galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Running Cookie litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Piggelin sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
