It had been raining for several days at Momarken but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Holy Diva tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Påarps Christina that came steaming ahead. Eirik Høitomt wanted a little to much in the start and Modestine galoped for 20 m.




Modestine saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Shining Galaxy took the lead after 1000m. Holy Diva didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Holy Diva looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Muscular Star suddenly took over the lead. Knee Deep gallopped 30 m after 2000m.



With only a little left of the race Modestine galoped for 10 m. Påarps Christina suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Shining Galaxy won the race after a spectacular finish.
