One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Prima Diamond tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Ginger Mambo that came steaming ahead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Ginger Mambo clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Prima Diamond suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.
