One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Formica Atomica found a gap and took the lead. Frozen Thinker followed before Striking Lilac.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Frozen Thinker accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Formica Atomica was first on the homestretch followed by Frozen Thinker and Striking Lilac.






Formica Atomica didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
