Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Åmål track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Venice Beach Waltz. Wandering Flower ended up behind the leader. Star Strike got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 40 m. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 50 m. When the startcar left the field Venice Beach Waltz started to galop and lost 50 m. When the startcar left the field Heavenly Diary started to galop and lost 20 m.




Star Strike quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Wandering Flower sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Flamenco Dancer suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Wandering Flower followed by Star Strike and Wondering Breeze. Lane two Venice Beach Waltz followed by Hillsong Lea and Heavenly Diary.



Wandering Flower kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Wandering Flower galop. Wandering Flower lost 20 m. Flamenco Dancer was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.




Venice Beach Waltz won. Star Strike came in second. Hillsong Lea caught third place.
