Only a humble breeze blew over Halmstad this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Holy Wave tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Overdekt Van Zijde that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Willcox, Heavenly Lily, Armalyte, Famous Thinker, Holy Wave, Galen, Overdekt Van Zijde, Prank. Holy Wave started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Laglös Opal galloped way to long and was disqualified.
