One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Clever Mountain could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Tempting Velvet started to galop and lost 10 m.




Erase Razor Bumps saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Running Grove looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Tempting Velvet couldn't come out from behind the leader, Erase Razor Bumps.




Running Grove saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Running Grove kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Nicostrato was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Clever Mountain speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Tempting Velvet never caught up with Clever Mountain who won. Running Grove came third.
