Only a humble breeze blew over Vaasa this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Offshore Dream sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Running Vixen saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Francis Becton Justice took the lead after 1000m. Rational Speed didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Rational Speed looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Rational Speed sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Garibaldi Hof was first on the homestretch followed by Rational Speed and Purple Maid.

Ari Moilanen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Rational Speed started to galopp and lost 30 m.




Purple Maid made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Francis Becton Justice.
