The sun was shining on Gävle today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Galette found a gap and took the lead. General Tiger followed before Smiling Princess.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Cincinnatian Train started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




General Tiger looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Smiling Princess couldn't come out from behind the leader, Galette.



Lit Supplémentaire looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that General Tiger couldn't come out from behind the leader, Smiling Princess.






Lit Supplémentaire won the race after a spectacular finish.
