It had been raining for several days at Mantorp but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Five Of Spades was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Punching Angel was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. A bird flew just in front of Heavy Factory who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Carlos Alaska looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Five Of Spades couldn't come out from behind the leader, Punching Angel.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Carlos Alaska followed by Punching Angel and Il Ya Longtemps. Lane two Silver Moment followed by Alternative Rock and Five Of Spades.




Silver Moment sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Silver Moment kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Ville Nisonen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Carlos Alaska started to galopp and lost 30 m.




Il Ya Longtemps kept the speed the whole finish and won before Punching Angel and Silver Moment.
