The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Bjerke this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Climbing Wave found a gap and took the lead. Judas Priest followed before Tarmac. Atle Solhus wanted a little to much in the start and Sliding Striker galoped for 40 m. Feel That Jam was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




Say It Loud quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Mr Brownstone started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Le Poignard looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Climbing Wave couldn't come out from behind the leader, Say It Loud. Sivakka was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

Geir Vegard Gundersen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Sivakka started to galopp and lost 30 m.




Le Poignard won. Tarmac came in second. Climbing Wave caught third place.
