One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Elegant Viper tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Pretty Whirlwind that came steaming ahead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Pretty Whirlwind followed by Troubling Meadow and Glorious Wish. Lane two Laxviks Valetta Princess followed by Wandering Blossom and Neuhaus Law. Elegant Viper galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Pretty Whirlwind kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Whispering Sun was disturbed and gallopped for 10 m.



Pretty Whirlwind looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Troubling Meadow didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
