One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Alpine could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Breathing Box looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Europio Vox couldn't come out from behind the leader, Alpine.




Alpine was still in the lead after 1500m. Alpine started to gallop after 1500m and Olle Carlsson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Alpine kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Breathing Box speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






No-one could catch Breathing Box today who won before Alpine and Europio Vox.
