Comfortable Box sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 10 m. Hugo Chávez was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.

Close Box quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Hell Patrol who started to galop and lost 30 m.

Quilly Du Marais took the lead after 1000m. Hugo Chávez didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Hugo Chávez looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Hugo Chávez kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Hard Moon galopped for 10 m on the homestretch. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Hard Moon galop. Hard Moon lost 50 m. Quilly Du Marais galopped for 40 m on the homestretch. Hell Patrol was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.

No-one could catch Hugo Chávez today who won before Comfortable Box and Close Box.
