It had been raining for several days at Tampere but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Nessla Alcoholchick. Pinstripe´s Guinness ended up behind the leader. Gold Vanilla Ice got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Gold Vanilla Ice sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Zlatko Z who started to galop and lost 30 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Growing Hyena looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Carlos Biffen galloped for 20 m.




Gold Vanilla Ice suddenly took over the lead.



Gold Vanilla Ice looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Nessla Alcoholchick sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
