It had been raining for several days at Eskilstuna but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Green King could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Green King started to galop and lost 50 m. Strongest Biggest Best galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Lone Fist looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Moonlight Sugar couldn't come out from behind the leader, Green King.




Lone Fist saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Lone Fist were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Moonlight Sugar sprinted over the finishline before Lone Fist and Tempting Necklace.
