The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Karlshamn this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Lowe Pegasos sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Klaus Kern wanted a little to much in the start and Lowe Pegasos galoped for 40 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Vlucht Afwezig sprinted to the front.

Seductive Lemon sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Vlucht Afwezig accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Princess Lila started to gallop after 1500m and Hans Crebas had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

With only a little left of the race Seductive Lemon galoped for 50 m. Vlucht Afwezig were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Winner of todays race was Vlucht Afwezig. Decisive Asteroid came in second. Barahir became third.
