The sun was shining on Dannero and it was a perfect day for trotting. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Narkissos Du Cocktail was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Ewen started to galop and lost 40 m. When the startcar left the field Bol Space started to galop and lost 40 m. There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Big Maybe Baby galloped way to long and was disqualified. Van Basten On Fire was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Mad Garden didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race. Results
