Start List
The sun was shining on Årjäng and it was a perfect day for trotting. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Fighting Action found a gap and took the lead. Silke followed before Gold Coca-cola. Fighting Action was in fine shape and held the lead. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Pompei looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Fighting Action galloped for 40 m. Shy Momentum started to gallop after 1500m and Robert Bergh had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Pompei didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. With only a little left of the race Deziree galoped for 20 m. Pompei looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch. Pompei kept the speed the whole finish and won before Big One and Silke. Results
