One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Min In Zicht sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Tough Power was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Naprej Vaš Znak, Le Petite Croque, Empire Hills, Unieke Vuistvechter, Evil Russian Nuclear, Forgotten By Many, Tough Power, Min In Zicht.

Unieke Vuistvechter took the lead after 1000m. Le Petite Croque didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Tough Power suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.

Evil Russian Nuclear saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

Evil Russian Nuclear kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Forgotten By Many sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
