One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





California Crown found a gap and took the lead. Playing Thinker followed before Stifling Box.




Arctic Flame quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Stifling Box took the lead after 1000m. Arctic Flame didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Stifling Box today. It continued in the lead. California Crown galloped for 50 m.




Stifling Box didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



California Crown was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. With only a little left of the race Pinstripe´s Fame galoped for 50 m. With only a little left of the race Sudden Sun galoped for 10 m. Stifling Box looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Eukalyptus Hof was disturbed and galopped for 10 m.




Playing Thinker sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
