The weather had been good all week and Harstad was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Fast Rocker tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Memorible Ballet Dancer that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Marsannay started to galop and lost 50 m.

There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.

Fast Rocker sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Memorible Ballet Dancer saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

Fast Rocker suddenly took over the lead.

Memorible Ballet Dancer litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Fast Rocker sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
