One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Shot Of Love tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to
Bonjour Lundi that came steaming ahead. Bonjour Lundi suddenly started to galop. Jennifer Tillman had to struggle to get Bonjour Lundi to tror again and succeded after 50 m.
Yankee Glide saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of
Duquesne Whistle who started to galop and lost 20 m.
Bonjour Lundi sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.
Oregon Johnny accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.
Oregon Johnny were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
Winner of todays race was
Oregon Johnny.
Bonjour Lundi came in second.
Shot Of Love became third.
