One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Beverly Hills Waltz. Champions Joy ended up behind the leader. Zobi La Mouche got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Zobi La Mouche saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Calgary Diplomat started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. The leader got disturbed by something and Volles Gas took the lead rather easily. Zobi La Mouche saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Zobi La Mouche didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Borkason was disturbed and gallopped for 20 m. Neville was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Zobi La Mouche were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line. Calgary Diplomat galoped way to long and was disqualified. Carl-Erik Lindblom tried a little too much on the homestretch and Calgary Diplomat started to galopp and lost 10 m. Calgary Diplomat showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Champions Joy made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Zobi La Mouche. Results
