The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Lycksele today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Leich was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Elegant Lily sprinted to the front.




Leich looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Brave Band couldn't come out from behind the leader, Elegant Lily.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Elegant Lily today. It continued in the lead.



Elegant Lily looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Clever Scout won the race after a spectacular finish.
