It had been raining for several days at Vincennes but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Stopping Thrasher took the lead after a very quick start. driver couldn't keep Magic Feeling to trotting so they were disqualified.

Tout De Suite saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Front Cube who started to galop and lost 50 m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Going Crown took the lead rather easily.

Royal Empire saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

Going Crown took the lead.

Going Crown was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Going Crown kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Tiny Tiger won the race after a spectacular finish.
