One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Decisive Star took the lead after a very quick start.




Happy Lizard quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Decisive Star sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Volstead saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Decisive Star was first on the homestretch followed by Volstead and Welsh Bible.

Welsh Bible galoped way to long and was disqualified.




Winner of todays race was Decisive Star. Volstead came in second. Lewis Law became third.
